BK Pora Block Leads Waste Clearance Drive to Restore Dudhganga River bank

BK Pora, Budgam: In a significant step towards environmental conservation and cleanliness, Block BK Pora today carried out a waste clearance drive along the banks of the Dudhganga river. The initiative aimed at removing waste and restoring the riverbank to its natural state. 
 The clearance drive witnessed active participation of field staff and locals, reflecting a shared commitment to protect water bodies and ensure a cleaner environment. 

The drive not only helped in beautifying the riverbank but also highlighted the importance of community involvement in safeguarding natural resources. With such initiatives, BK Pora Block is setting an example of sustainable action under the Swachh Bharat Mission (Grameen), ensuring cleaner surroundings and healthier ecosystems for the future.
